1988 - Established Uniwell Electronic Ltd in Hong Kong.

1989 - Commenced production of Single Sided PCB.

1990 - Shifted the production line to Shenzhen and keep Hong Kong as the sales office and

1994 - Acquired 6,666 square meters land in Da Lang,Dong Guan.

1995 - Built manufacturing factory of 4,000 square meters and staff accommodation of 5,000 square

1996 - Relocated from Shenzhen to Da Lang, Dong Guan.

1997 - Accredited ISO9002 certification and commenced production of Double Sided PCB.

2000 - Acquired another 5,000 square meters land. Expanded factory, office and add additional rooms

2001 - Dong Guan factory completed.. Refurbished the whole production line planning.

2002 - Dong Guan Uniwell accredited QS9000 certification by AQSR.. Single Sided fully auto production

　　　　　line and Double Sided auto plating line came into production, capacity increased by 100%.

2003 - Installed live operation of Cimnet paradigm ERP system.

　　　　　Commenced Multi Layers production.

　　　　　Established Uniflex Nanjing Ltd.

2004 - UniFlex Nanjing commenced production of FPC.

2005 - Applied for TS16949 and ISO14001.

2006 - Dong Guan Uniwell Accredited for TS16949 and ISO14001 certification.

2007 - Jiang Su factory commenced construction.

　　　　　Installed live operation of KOA system, an automation office system.

2008 - Jiang Su factory completed.

　　　　　Relocated Nanjing factory to Jiang Su factory.

　　　　　Commenced production of Jiang Su Uniwell.
